Common Questions

When does the snow removal season run?

Our season runs November through March (5 months). Monthly memberships are billed each month during the season. Season memberships are a one-time payment covering all 5 months at a ~17% discount.

What triggers a service visit?

We automatically dispatch to your location when snowfall accumulation reaches 2–3 inches. Each 2–3 inch window counts as one event/push. Additional accumulation triggers additional events. No need to call us — we monitor weather and mobilize proactively to your property.

What’s the difference between membership and per-event?

Memberships cover every event during the season for a flat monthly or prepaid rate — de-icing and photo proof are all included, and we auto-dispatch to your location at 2–3 inches of accumulation. Per-event pricing is pay-as-you-go: you pay the driveway rate + walkway rate + salt per event. Memberships save significantly if you get 5+ events per season.

What areas do you serve for snow removal?

Snow removal is currently available in Upstate New York — Portville, NY and surrounding Cattaraugus County areas. Contact us to confirm coverage for your address.

Do you de-ice as part of the service?

Yes. Every cleared surface receives a de-icing / salt application to prevent refreeze. Salt is $12/bag with a $25 handling fee per event for per-event customers. Memberships include de-icing at no extra charge.

What if the snow is deeper than 3 inches?

For per-event customers: 3.1–6 inches is 1.5× labor time, 6.1–9 inches is 2× labor time, and 9+ inches is time & materials at $225/hr. Membership customers are covered regardless of depth (emergency/blizzard conditions excluded).

Can I cancel mid-season?

Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Season (prepaid) memberships are non-refundable but transferable to another property in our service area.

What about emergency or blizzard conditions?

Emergency/blizzard conditions are billed at 2× the standard labor rate plus materials. This applies to both per-event and membership customers and is always declared in writing before dispatch.

What if I have a larger or commercial property?

Contact us for a custom quote. We handle commercial parking lots ($225 per 10,000 sq ft per event, $450 minimum), multi-unit properties, and facility grounds on a case-by-case basis.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards and online payments through Square. Monthly memberships are auto-billed. Season memberships are a single upfront payment. Per-event customers are invoiced after each service.
