Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. The CleanCut Membership runs week-to-week. You can cancel anytime with notice before your next scheduled service.
What if I have a large property (over 1 acre)?
We'll assess your property and provide a custom quote. Larger properties may have adjusted pricing based on scope and terrain.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards and online payments through Square. Payment is due weekly for memberships or before service for one-time jobs.
What's included in the quarterly tree touch-up?
Light trimming and shaping for trees up to 30 ft on your property. Anything beyond 30 ft is referred to a specialist. This perk is exclusive to CleanCut members.
Can I add services to my membership?
Absolutely. Add-ons like mulch refresh, sod installation, irrigation maintenance, and pressure washing are quoted separately and can be scheduled alongside your regular visit.
Do seasonal discounts apply to memberships?
No. Membership pricing is already the best value we offer. Seasonal promos and discount stacking do not apply to membership rates.
